NEW! Turk’y Cutlets w/ Gravy & Cheesy Broccoli

Servings: 2 people // Time: 30 minutes

Welcome back! We’ve been unpacking all day (finally the last of our stuff), so dinner was a quick 30 minute meal. Everything pictured is 100% VEGAN. Can you believe it? And there’s only 3 ingredients!

All you need is:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Once oven is preheated, place cutlets on baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes flipping halfway through. While cutlets are cooking, take gravy out of the bag and place in a boil of hot water to thaw. When cutlets get to 12 minutes, place broccoli in the microwave for 5 minutes. Do not open bag! Once this is done, pour both packets of gravy into a bowl and heat for 3-4 minutes. I added water to make it a little less thick to cover all the cutlets! The broccoli should be finishing, so take it out the microwave and cut open the bag, put your Daiya Cheese IN THE BAG and shake well! Fold opened end so cheese will melt. After the gravy is finished, YOU’RE DONE! ❤ A perfect vegan meal in 30 minutes.

ENJOY! ❤ (& stay tuned for a special Vegan Thanksgiving Recipe post!)

Chicken Spaghetti.

Servings: 4 people // Time: 25 minutes

Tonights dinner is an all time easy fav! Who doesn’t love spaghetti?

All you need is:

Fill your pot with water and set on high until boiling (I add a tad bit of salt so the noodles don’t stick). Add one box of Angel Hair Pasta noodles to the boiling water; Stir occasionally. While the noodles are cooking, take another pot and add both containers of sauce. Season to taste then add chicken. Cover pot with lid and cook on medium heat; Stir occasionally. Once chicken is tender in your sauce pot and your noodles are cooked to your liking, YOU’RE FINISHED!

Enjoy!! ❤

Cream Cheese Stuffed Meatless Fillets.

Servings: 2 stuffed fillets // Time: 15 minutes (prep included)

So, this recipe is super easy and one of my fav quick dishes!!!

All you need is:

Once fillets are thawed, lather in oil and season to liking. Smear cream cheese on the flat side of two fillets. Gently place the fillet with no cream cheese ontop of the other. Grab a regular sized skillet and add oil. Allow the oil to get hot, then place fillets side by side. Flip every few minutes until each side of the fillet is golden brown. Once brown, set your oven to LOW broil, and place fillets on a baking sheet sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Place in oven on broil until cheese is melted. NOTE: THIS WILL NOT TAKE LONG– KEEP AN EYE ON THEM.

AND FINISHED! A delicious meal in about 15 minutes. ENJOY! ❤
