I know, it sounds simple right? BUT IT IS SO GOOD! Adding the right seasoning and sauce can bring a simple dish to a gourmet one extremely fast and that is exactly what we do here! I meal prep this dish on the regular and you should too.
- 1/4 cup Jasmine Rice (makes 3/4 cup cooked)
- 1 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s Beef-less Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Chopped White Onion
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Gyoza Dipping Sauce
This meatless ground beef cooks super quick, so let’s focus on steaming your veggies and cooking your rice. Place your veggies in a skillet with about 1 cup of water. Put on medium/ high heat and cover. Allow veggies to steam until tender. Cook rice while steaming veggies. Place beef in a small pot with about 1/2 cup water. Stir until heated. Plate rice, veggies, and beef and top with gyoza sauce!
