Bagel Sandwich

I’m obsessed with these bagel sandwiches lately! So delish and packed with awesome MACROS. An easy way to make this more MACRO friendly is to top each slice of bagel with toppings.


  • Trader Joe’s Onion Bagel
  • 2 Trader Joe’s Dairy Free Cheddar Slice
  • 2 servings (equal to 5 slices each) Tofurky Plant-based Deli Slices, Hickory Smoked

First slice your bagel in half (be careful, this can get sketch FAST haha!!) and toast it to desired amount. Once toasted, take pieces of bagel and place dairy free cheddar slice on them. Place in microwave for 30 secs or until melted. After, place 5 slices of plant-based deli slices and top with desired sauce (I use mustard!).


MACROS:

  • 34g protein
  • 62g carbs
  • 17g fat
