This was my lunch today and WOW, it was so good!!!! Oats are packed with nutrients and so are bananas! These oats have protein powder in them as well to give them a bit more of a boost for my MACROs 🙂
Things You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats (any brand will do)
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I use Ambrosia’s Cinnamon Roll flavor, but you can use whatever you like!) *If you don’t have protein powder, than just omit and add whatever flavoring you’d like!
- 1 banana (or topping of choice)
Mix oats, milk, and protein powder in a bowl and heat in the microwave or stove. I heat mine in the microwave for about two minutes! Once cooked to desired thickness, either enjoy super hot with sliced banana on top (or topping of choice), or place in the fridge for about 10 min to cool off 🙂
