Vegan Recipe: Turk’y Cutlets w/ Gravy & Cheesy Broccoli.

Merry Christmas Eve! Here is a quick 30 minute meal. Everything pictured is 100% VEGAN. Can you believe it? And there’s only 3 ingredients!

All you need is:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Once oven is preheated, place cutlets on baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes flipping halfway through. While cutlets are cooking, take gravy out of the bag and place in a boil of hot water to thaw. When cutlets get to 12 minutes, place broccoli in the microwave for 5 minutes. Do not open bag! Once this is done, pour both packets of gravy into a bowl and heat for 3-4 minutes. I added water to make it a little less thick to cover all the cutlets! The broccoli should be finishing, so take it out the microwave and cut open the bag, put your Daiya Cheese IN THE BAG and shake well! Fold opened end so cheese will melt. After the gravy is finished, YOU’RE DONE! ❤ A perfect vegan meal in 30 minutes.
